~Winterpath~
My part of a trade with the amazing !!!
This took forever, I wanted to make it perfect and outdo myself.
I'm very, very happy with how it turned out in the end...after I redrew the whole background basically two times! :´D
The pelt turned out so well, I'm so happy and ...suprised? IDK, it's so fluffy!
( Oh, but my poor old Photoshop7 is having a super hard time with my huge canvases now...it's SO laggy...I think I do have to upgrade if I want to continue with these filesizes. .-. )
Akane is such an amazing character, I hope I did him justice! Let me know if there are -any- mistakes!
...and...yeaaah...snowed in forest. I couldn't resist, I thought the night-blue-snow would go well with his pelt color....and the sky was too empty without a few tiny stars. I used my own photographs as references for the forest in the end

Okay, nach einem Monat kommentier' ich hier jetzt auch endlich mal ='33
ALSO ERSTMAL..DAS COLOUR PALETTE..dieser schöne warme Charakter inmitten diesen vielen kalten Farben
erschafft so einen schönen Kontrast, vor allem mit den Flammen und im Hintergrund dem Sonnenuntergang!!
Und der weiche, warme, flauschige Blick des Chars ist mega herzerwärmend ='33
AUCH DER SCHNEE NATÜRLICH!! Auf der einen Seite dieser unberührte Schnee und dann der Weg,
den man durch den durcheinander gebrachten Schnee erkennen kann..
(Sorry, ich hab heute Analyse eines epischen Textes in Deutsch geschrieben und hab immer noch
diese "Art" drin, Sachen anschaulich zu erklären ='D)
Du entschuldigst dich immer für die Sterne und ich find' das nicht in Ordnung.

Das ist wirklich schön geworden, die Farben und Kontrast passen super und der Hintergrund ich auch toll.

Es wundert mich echt, dass das nicht schon viel mehr Favs hat.
Du verdienst wirklich mehr Aufmerksamkeit!
Der Hintergrund ist wunderschön, vor allem die Abdrücke im Schnee.
Feuer/Flammen sieht man bei dir ja nicht ganz so oft, aber auch die sind super gelungen <3
Und dann natürlich der Chara mit dieser hübschen Pose und dem unglaublich detaillierten Fell

I've always loved your fur and background but for some reason I find this one even more realistic than all your other art! I can't stop looking at that head and light

I love everything about this! The lighting on his fur and on the trees, the movement in the flames, all of the little details in the snow and on the path, and just the life in his eyes... he looks like he's ready to start out on an adventure, and I just want to go with him! ;-;

Ohhh my! So much detail omg, where to start?!
The character looks great, love the pose with that little uplifted paw, and how the angle allows the character to look straight at you. Those eyes. <3 The fur texture is lovely too, so soft!
And then the background, with its huge variety of coolours. Such a treat for the eyes! That soft sky with a few stars is lovely, as are those amazing snow ciovered trees! They look so real ;-; But I think my favourite part is that trodden down snow path.

I can't even describe what work it was to get a fitting pose... lol
I love this characters markings, and I wanted to show the face, but also...not just a boring standing pose, but rather something with movement...and...maaan, it was just difficult to get it fit the way I wanted it. 8D
That path. That path was repainted fully two times. I got really frustrated with it at one point, when it started to look like sharp rocks. 8´D
