the experiment was to change a subject's energy into something else, as all life forms have a form of energy inside that makes them who they are, this device changes that energy into as seen here a Flygon the matter of that being is changed but after a week the oridngal energy kicks back in and the person changes back to normal.

That was a very interesting comic; like said before, this actually would seem good for an intro of an anime xD
You managed to portrait each character very well, and the little transformation part was also pretty nice.
