Great capture! But why did you only keep the first bird in focus?

Beautiful photo! I like how its clear and crisp for the first bird and gradually blurs out to the last one!

They look like planes on a runway all lined up to take off.

I always loved these little birds! I remember seeing their little clay nests all along the cafeteria when I was in elementary school. One of my favorites. Nice pics!

The focus is amazing, I love how you gradually lose focus, but the bird remain in sight of the camera.

I guess it would'Ve looked better if you had focused on one of the middle birds instead of the one in the front. Still nicey

Amazing shot. I like how you captured the first really clearly and how the others fade gradually

I would have liked if the other birds weren't so blurred, but the general idea is really good. The birdies look so cute!

all looking at you! did you stitch this photo or was this a capture (not that it makes one bit of difference in how strong/good it is)

That's funny, a few minutes ago someone asked me more or less the same question (if it was stacked) about my other submission today.
And the answer is pretty much the same, too: it's just one photo, taken with a rather shallow DOF. (5.0)

what a capture to get them all looking at your camera like that - that is not like birds - it's fabulous

LOL its a funny picture, but I wish your depth of field wasn't so shallow. I understand blurring them out, but I wish I could see a little more of the second at least.
