Sorry for being quiet quite long. Anyway, I made this for the contest about the new starters of Pokemon X & Y games [link] and this is the water starter Froakie.

I made this in a hurry on the day that contest was ending and trust me, I won’t be drawing any bubbles or underwater pictures for a while… (I probably say that about everything.) But I’m still pleased since this was the second time I drew underwater picture.
Time:
Probably 7-8 hours (didn’t really count)
