Here's my entry for Daragon's Robotization Contest- How she was robotisized?
During Sonic Heroes, Team Dark was captured by Dr. Eggman's Egg Fleet for releasing Shadow and Omega. For that, Dr. Eggman decided to robotisize Rouge as punishment for her betrayal. With his newly enhanced Robotisizer, he activated his machine and begins to robotisize her. Rouge's body slowly transforms to metal, and her new outfit metamorphs into armor plating. No longer Rouge has her free will, she's now known as SH Mecha Rouge.
With her dexterity, flight and strength multiplied and digitized, she has become the ultimate stealth assasin in Dr. Eggman's Arsenal.

Not the way I imagined a mecha Rouge, probably cause I never thought about it ^_^; I like it, its like its almost armor, and then some, very cool.
