How do you make these? I understand the mario slots, but what else do you do?

After you get results you like, use the PrtSc or Print Screen button at the top of your keyboard. Go to Paint and press Ctrl+V to paste the screen. Then just crop the slot part. I started making these in Flash because it's a lot easier to move objects and draw.
