This is Blizzie, a cute snow leopard that belongs to I gave her a classic cartoony look. She was lots of fun!Did I ever mention I use reference for most of my poses? I do and this was no exception. It's super useful and you'll learn quicker that way. How are you supposed to know what something looks like if you haven't drawn it before? That's why people use reference.

Exactly! It makes things so much better. There is this weird rumor spread by young artists that your should brag about not using reference and somehow it makes you a better artist, which is ridiculous. The pros constantly use reference. And the best part is that after using references so many times, it will begin to stick until you don't need them anymore!

Yes, yes, yes!! It amazing how stubborn people (and me too) sometimes can be, afraid of changes maybe? Well, that's what differs great artists from wannabes, they overcome problems by all means, never give up seeking the ways to improve
