Description
In my Visual Development class, we are developing characters, props, and environments based on the Book of Revelation, as well as a chosen inspirational artist. I am basing my work on my own sort of combination between steampunk/dieselpunk/cyberpunk, as well as the work of Katsuhiro Otomo (it reallllly doesn't show in this design, considering Otomo doesn't really design creatures so I had nothing to reference).Anyway, this is a concept design for the lamb with seven horns and seven eyes.

It's a beautiful design. I have this odd affinity for cyber "monsters". This one definitely has a touch of the divine about it, well done.

Hello, thats a beautiful piece! I am just wondering, how do you get it so that the reflection of the goat is perfect? I would really like to know since drawing the reflections is really tough and time consuming lol thanks a bunch!

It's not actually perfect, since you can't see the underside of anything -- it's literally just standing on a mirrored image of itself. I made a copy of the character, flipped it upside-down, and blurred it so that it would look like a reflection. It's a cheap simple way to make a reflection without actually drawing one. Doesn't always work. Hope that helps.

This is really cool-looking. As others have said, I really love the cogs on the joints. I also like the swirly embellishments on the gold bits and the shiny red underbelly.

Wow this is fantastic! It's been in my devwatch for awhile but that's because I've been waiting for a time I could look at it deeply and not just skim over it. Really amazing concept, I really like it!

That lamb's kinda scary... My knowledge of Revelations is kinda sketchy at this point in time--was this lamb one of the good guys?

Yeah. I think he's supposed to be symbolic of Jesus or something like that in Revelations. 8\ I think everything about Revelations is pretty scary, to be honest.

The gaze... the way it looks like it's paused mid-step to stare at you, no.. INTO you... is so weird... Kinda creepy. I love it.

If this is a concept I'll eagerly await the real images of this creature...
And it is nice to see new stuff from you again. It's been awhile.

... well technically, the lamb in Revelation is supposed to represent Jesus... so yeah, it is a god of some sort. x3;;

So thaaaat's what you were doing with victorian designs: LEGS! XD I'm glad you were able to leave his body white. Since the rest of him is so complex, it's good to have that clean space as contrast.
