I know that this character is copyrighted to Disney, but he has been a big part of my life since I was in the 5th grade. I got this stuffed toy of Buck from Disney's Home on the Range. I hadn't seen the movie yet, but I did a few months later and I loved Buck. The movie itself was ok, but I held onto Buck for many years after. I didn't have many friends throughout elemtary school and middle school, so when I needed someone to talk to I would always talk to Buck..knowing that he would listen and wouldn't say anything....He has come to be called my best friend. Eventhough I am now in highschool, I still cherish Buck..and yes I still have him..=3 He'll be one of the toys I won't give away..haha but yea..that's the background of why he is one of my characters.I've also kind of given him a different personality than the Buck from the movie. This Buck is more caring, loving, funny and well not self absorbed like he is in the movie.

Thank you Sam...you know...after drawing this and seeing what people have to say..it makes me wonder how far I have come in my life....that if I never went on neopets....never got involved with roleplaying or making up characters...where would I be? Who would I be? And I am so thankful that I met you...and Margot and Madison and everyone else that made me the way I am today...
