I happen to have a one-eyed character myself. XD Though, unlike what seems to be most of the people, mine is missing her left eye, not her right.

Also, did you know Masamune Date was real, crescent helm, eyepatch and all? He may not have had the same sort of style or personality IRL as Basara has given him, but it's still pretty wicked.

Yes, I do! I read a lot about historical prototypes of Sengoku Basara 'cos I like history a lot (and Japan history in particular). Real Kenshin was a really great strategist and wise man! And Toyotomi Hideyoshi wasn't a giant - in fact he was a small man and very ugly (Oda named him monkey-faced man )

I know, I think Samurai Warriors got Hideyoshi better than Basara did. He's pretty funny in that series. ^_^ Also, both versions' Kenshins seem to like to drink a lot.

I like Warriors' Motonari better than Basara's. He's so much nicer! Same with Hanbei.

As far as I know, Samurai Warriors exists as a game only and I haven't PS or other television-game devices (and I don't want, in fact). So I don't know SW at all... But I saw concept-art for this game, it's really cool

Yes, there is a whole army of one-eyed (or damaged-eyed) characters in the animes/mangas. Long time ago I wanted to draw most of them but understood pretty soon that it's simply impossible!

I saw the movie unfortunately It was a living nightmare! So incredibly terrible! Brrrrr!

And, just like your fiend, I like Zuko most! I love complex inconsistent characters with bad childhood But Sokka is really cool too! And, Toph, of course! She is great, really great!

Toph has a sarcastic sense of humor, and I like that kind of humor very much She's very caustic but it's just her protective armor I like her bickering with Katara and her taunts at Aang 'cos she's a very effective pathos-killer

And Zuko is the best, yeah!

Yeah! I finally saw the last episode of ATLA! It was super cool! last scene, when Sokka try to draw all of them was so funny And when Zuko came to "Avatar team"... "Hi. I'm Zuko..." Gez, it was super fun.

I told you so! Third season just brilliant! My favorite episode is one with the theatrical play. "Your Zuko cosplay is really good but you have a scar on the wrong side" - "My scar is on the right side!" So incredible funny!
And yes, Zuko's "Hi, my name is Zuko!" is priceless!
