Description
This is a very professionaly made map of the constituent states of the Empire of Louisian called "departments". Much like the federal states of the US they enjoy a certain ammount of autonomy but they are not as free in their decisions as, let's say, the federal states of Germany.Every state has a flag and a seal/coat of arms. They will be uplaoded if I find the time.
