Another 1/5th scale sword for my graphic novel project... I used those foam emery boards with medium, fine and polish sides to put the final mirror finish on (this one still needs a lot of rubbing

It's aluminum stock, hand ground and polished, epoxy putty for the hilt and paint

oh sounds real nice. Good choice for metal for a mini sword pretty easy to work and a nice color for a sword.

Glad to hear it! and another excellent build there! I believe that ship may have been one of the first pieces of yours I beset my eyes upon while sailing the interweb for pirate-related goodness. Can't wait to see the city as a whole! ..and indeed the finished graphic novel!
