Description
This monument alone is the number #1 cause of oilspills on Planet Earth. It has a tendency to randomly appear on islands or simply out of the water and stutter the line shown in the drawing, then spew out tons of crude oil. It usually appears on oil trade routes, which is why hippies usually blame oil tankers for oil spills (First of all thats just poppicock! The "Tribute" knocks over oil tankers before they can carry any oil, then fills the water with oil so that the monument isn't discovered). This damages the environment, but hell, at least the price of oil goes down. You are now more informed on the causes of oil spills and can go out into the world and share your wisdom with other protesters!
