hoo boy sorry for the rly late reply, I've been so bad at getting around to answering my notifications!! I don't have a price sheet at the moment, but something like this picture would probably be $15-$25 / 1600 - 2100
something similar without shading would be more like $11-$13 / 1200 - 1400
and something with both shading and a background would be $30-$45 / 3100-4600 
the fluctuations in price would take into account how complex the character design/the desired background is + how much artistic freedom I'd be allowed?
