This character is Clockgear, daughter of the Doctor and River Song in a Doctor Who/MLP crossover universe I made up. Her special talent is Time Magic - The ability to go forwards/backwards in time as well as slowing down or speeding up time. To make her less OP, using these types of spells will easily tire her out, so she can't go large amounts of skipping time forwards or backwards. The same rules to regular TARDIS time travel also apply when she uses her spells.
