Here's my New Oc, and participant in the OCT "Chimera Desert" enjoy

Name: Merlow
Age: None, but act's like his 23
Species: Toon
Height: 5'5
Likes: Jazz, Pranks, Friend's, Tresure, Himself.
Dislikes: Noise, Boring Stuff, Scented Candles, Back Stabbers.
Strengths:Clever, Nimble , Creative, Leg Combat, Skillful in Blades.
Weakness:Cocky and Weak Punches
Personality: He likes to look at the bright side of things while also having common sense of a situation, when up against those how calm them selves to be high and mighty. He takes pleasure into bringing them down off of their high horse and break their egos.( Optimistic and Sadistic)

Weapons: His mind ( No telekinesis, just him using his brain)
Abilities:"Silhouettes"
How it works:" Merlow can emitte a shadowy blue mist that allows him to make constructs of a cartoony nature. Merlow is not a heavy hitter when it comes to hand to hand, which is why is uses his silhouette powers to increase the strength in his hands when the time calls for it. The smaller the object, the quicker it can summoned, of course you already know the deal with big objects. It can also render him Invisable, but he can't move from that spot, so if he does move then the invisibility will wear off. He can even make his constructs or an object invisable too, in the case with the object it will show it self once someone has touched it."

Signature Silhouettes:
*Rayman Rocket*- "A punch were his uses his power to shape either fists into a rocket and then hurl it at them with velocity."
*Jumping Jack Silhouette or J.J.S*-" During his time as a newbie theif, he was reading up on some books in his local library to see what can he do to increase his skills as a their. Then he found the folklore of "Spring Heeled Jack", a man or demon who would leap great heights to get away from his opponents. This sparked an idea in him as he made his own version of the skill of spring heeled jack, The Jumping Jack Silhouette. This increases his leg strength x2, allowing him to jump great heights.( Examples are Buidlings and houses. No skyscrapers or Reaching for the clouds.)

Story:" A well hidden theif that went by the nickname, Hidden Jack, as he was able to escape the cops with his ability on a multiple run in's. Of course he wasn't alone in all his theifts as their were two more, Baxter, and Sci. Together they pulled off many big heists , they worked together and saw each other's faces but never knew each others real names. After the last heist they pulled, taking in certain injuries, Merlow and Baxter decided they stolen more then enough. They split the money and went on with their lives in their beloved Classic City. He currently lives in Sketch Town outside of the city."
