An old pic that still kicks the butt of some of my newer stuff and yet I drew it over 4 years ago (August 2000). I love Anita. Alot. She is the little girl that followed Donavan Baine all over the place in the Nightwarriors: Darkstalkers series (both game and anime). I drew and colored this pic, but when I added various effects to make it look like an old photo, it made the more colorful version look ho-hum next to this version. I think this fits her personality more anyhow... hope you like!Related content

A young girl with mysterious powers, Anita grew up ostracized and mistreated. One day, she met a dhampir named Donovan, who fought to protect her to the very end. Now she roams the realm of Makai, finding more solace among monsters then the humans who treated her and Donovan so cruelly. Spending time in the magical realm has helped her powers develop to their fullest extent, now she can manipulate her surroundings with her mind, control the elements, let out piercing shrieks, telepathically thrash her enemies, and summon spirits to aid her in battle.....including Donovan's.
Intros
1)Walks to and picks up her doll.
2)Lays on the floor, coloring some pictures, then looks up to her opponent, and gets up.
Victory Animation
Stands still, holding her doll and staring at the camera, as objects telekinetically fly around her.
Arcade Ending

I like that girl she is cute but in my imagination on srmthfg I made her fall in love with the green monkey Otto I only like srmthfg but I love darkstalkers oh yeah she is a hidden character on marvel super heroes I dont know how to unlock her but she is a hidden character

I dunno how to unlock her either, but I hear she is the butt-kickin'est character ever and that she is cheater-ishly so. I love Anita also and it gives me much joy that they made a Darkstalkers anime so I could see Anita close up! Not to mention all the other darkstalkers!

I know it cause on ending of Darkstalkers 3 were Anita sleeps and ghost Donovan's blade was floting on her and Donovan wants her to battle maybe thats why she is after those jewels of marvel super heroes to ressuerect Donovan

I didn't know about the half-vampire part. I know Donavan is... but Anita DOES have a ton of telekinetic power as well as telepathic. From what I understand she could totally cream most darkstalkers, but is just too apathetic to really do much.

Hey! I've been waiting for someone to do a picture of her for the longest time. She's my favorite Darkstalkers character by far, as well as the first character I ever wrote fanfiction on. I just think her entire theme is interesting, and you captured the emptiness she gives off really well.

I've tried to draw her many times, but I usually lose the gravity of her expression. Not to mention, I usually try to pair her with Donovan, who is even tougher to draw. Even so, maybe I'll give it another try
As for the fanfic, it's actually online with a mess of other capcom fanfiction at a place called the Darkfighter RPG. It's inactive now, but it really helped me to improve my writing style. You should check it out and see some of the creative juices flowing there
