"We'll be back around 9pm."He never came back.
A certain Navy medic exited out of one of the Air Force rooms, shutting the door behind him after leaving a gift. Something that he doesn’t often do just for anyone. And certainly not for Air Force.
It just so happens that he almost bumped into the a certain pilot while turning the corner.
“Gorbunkov.” He nodded with a greeting, “My apologies.”
Just as he was about to walk away, he paused, “Lyov.” The foreign name rolled off his tongue awkwardly. The shorter man cocked an eyebrow at him to which he ignored, “I left chocolates in your room. Got them from the kitchen, but sweets don’t sit well with me.” With a final nod of his head, “Good day.”
Lyov’s eyes trailed after the medic’s retreating back, for some reason, there was an uneasy feeling in the pits of his stomach.
Turning away, he walked into his room and picked up the small bag of chocolates. A piece of paper fluttered to the floor. He bend down to pick it up and flipped it over.
There in small and neat cursive handwriting, was a note written to the small air force man.

The funny feeling was back but he ignored it, he trusted Emiri’s abilities. He reread the note over before tucking it away.
“We’ll be back around 9pm.”
"... You better be."
He opened the small pouch and popped a piece of chocolate into his mouth. It was bittersweet.

Red Spider Lily: Death, Companions who for one reason or another are destined to never meet again.
Red: Strong-willed, anger, leadership, courage and longing.
Dark purple: Gloom and sad feelings.
