Description
So, I was invited to - and after my girlfriend getting hooked on it, I decided to join as well... I'll redo the app drawing later, since this is just a speedpaint Q H Q but currently I don't have more time to draw.. still having some commissions hanging that I need to do...Anyways, I took one of my very old Oc's (... he's like.. created around 10 years ago... ; 7 ; ) and revamped him for this... hope you like
and also... I'm kind of shy in asking for rp... but if you want to rp and we got the same preferences in writing types, then please let me know! I would love to!

Basic Information
Name: Darell
Age: 25 years
Height: 5’8” || 173 cm
Species: Half Demon, Half Goat
Species Description: His father was one disgusting piece of Demon; direct from the debts of hell. He had a grudge against a farmer close to some tall mountains. Therefore he went for one of the young Goats, so she would deliver what would be the worst nightmare of the farmer. Darell was as a kid reffered to as “the demon goat” When he had just been born he looked nothing out of the ordinary for a goat, but within a few days he grew sharp teeth and claws. The older he got, the more did he start looking like, as the farmer would say; A monster.
Abilities:
- Physical strength (This is both in muscles/physical power as well as being ‘thick-skinned’.)
- He can take up his original form of a goat-like creature at the size of two large bears. However he prefers not to, and the transformation is very painful. The other form of his leaves him with a few extra abilities; his nightvision is fairly good and his teeth are very strong, able to bite through bones without trouble. Also his nails are sharp claws.

Likes:
- Eating – pretty much everything – not limited to actual food.

- Cozy and warm ‘nests’ (ex. Can be a bed, but he also likes to build up a nice place to be on a couch or in a corner of a room. These nests can be build of basically everything soft – so hide your socks.)

- Hunting (mainly for food)
- Physical pain (Not just talking light pain. Stab a knife through his hand and he might just enjoy it)

- Being told “no”. (tell him that he is not allowed to push that can of water to the floor, and he will most likely do it in protest)

Strengths:
- He’s physically very strong
- He’s good at keeping his calm, and is rarely angered
- He’s easily entertained, and finds happiness in even the smallest things
- He’s very confident, and appears to be resting in a good balance within himself.
- High stamina – he can run for a long time, fight for a long time ect.
- Indifferent to pain. Torture isn’t the way to get Darell to speak. If nothing he actually quite enjoy pain.
- He’s creative in his mind, and is good at finding a new way out of situations he doesn’t want to be stuck in.
Weaknesses:
- His fear of water – it’s kind of extreme. He can’t swim, and as his body is overall very heavy, he will sink like a stone to the bottom.
- He can’t stand being alone for very long. He need company
- He trusts people too easily.
- He’s not the smartest person you find out there
- His attention span is limited to the size of a bug. He can’t stay focused.
- He’s not very good at reading – his level on that is around the level of a 10 year old.
- He is not very good at understanding the emotions of other people. His empathy isn’t functioning right.
- He’s very selfish, which will often lead to people betraying him, as they doesn’t wanna put up with his shit.
- His mood depends on his level of hunger. The hungrier he is, the more impossible he is to be around
- He’s stubborn to a level where it just seem stupid

Darell is a very passionate person. He likes to believe that he can do pretty much everything, and will truly believe so until proven wrong. Sometimes that even won’t make him change his mind. If he believes that he can fly, you will see him jump out a building, completely unaware of his own stupidity.
He’s blunt, bold and will never lay fingers between your face and his opinion. If he doesn’t like you, he will tell you for sure. -If he likes you? Then you’ll face it in a more ‘graphic’ way. Darell likes being close to other people physically; this being everything from downright perverted, to innocent hugs or just standing up against someone. The bodyheat of other people he is said to be very fond of. He’s childish and immature – often seen in how he always want to get things his way, and when he doesn’t, he’ll surely show how displeased he is.
Darell might come off on first hand as a very sloppy person; He never combs his hair, he hates wearing clothes (beware; he WILL walk the hallways being completely butt-naked, and he won’t feel any sort of shame or embarrassment) and he likes to laze around every day. But whether or not this is because of sloppiness, or simply just the liking of being ‘like nature created a person’ can be kind of hard to tell.
Humor is very important in Darell’s life; he loves a good joke and will often play pranks on other people. He loves to see them freak out and react to his actions. One would say he can be a bit of a sadist in the sense that he got a huge liking to make other people temporarily miserable, but in the end he doesn’t actually wish to destroy people’s life or moods over a longer period. Also the sadistic side are shown in another, more physical way also. He likes to inflict physical pain of other people, and the sight of blood gives him a strange, soothing feeling in his body. When this is said it is important to mention that he at the same time is down the straight opposite alley; he likes pain. Physical pain inflicted by other people gives him a feeling of being alive. He likes to watch his own blood, and he likes the strong, intense feeling of heavy pain. (this does not include pain as in sickness; stomach ache, headache ect.)
Overall Darell is often looked upon as a wild beast; he is driven by his impulses, and will often rapidly change direction 180 degrees in both opinion and actions. He’s easily distracted and is facing great difficulties in staying focused on one task for very long. The only thing he does not change his mind about is his relations to people; if he decides to like someone, he will like them regardless of what they would do to him. Even if they poisoned him, tried to kill him, his feelings towards them would remain the same. This of course easily leads to him being hurt from betrayal, especially since he will still love the person despite hating their actions.
Darell lived his first years as his demon/goat form, and here he never learned to talk or read – nor did he get any social skills that other ‘humanoids’ would have gotten. Despite his age, he has lived many years as his original form, and haven’t managed to gather knowledge about that many things in life. He’s very naïve and does not always understand the phenomena “actions and consequences”. Like a child will he eat all the cookies in a jar and won’t understand why he is being scolded for it. He doesn’t get that for instance eating a full jar of cookie would prevent other people from having a share. He doesn’t get why they can’t just have more cookies, as there should be more than one jar around.
The same issue occurs again as to him everything “out of sight” will be “out of mind”. He is possessive about those he love, but he will not care much if they are with someone else, as long as he doesn’t see it. If he doesn’t see it, it appears so surreal to him, that he doesn’t quite understand how it is happening. The world of his is no bigger than what he can see by his own two eyes.
History:
Darell’s childhood was without doubt very different from what other demons would be facing. He grew up at a farm, living the life of what a goat would face. His father was a demon who had a grudge against the farmer, but instead of killing him, he decided to curse the farm with the presence of a ‘possessed goat’. So one cold winter night, Darell was born in the warm hay. As a baby he looked like any regular goat, but it didn’t take long before he grew what the farmer referred to as ‘monster features’. The farmer tried to kill him a lot of times, but every time the mother goat would cry out so loud, and Darell would attack the farmer, making it impossible to get close. Not even when he shot him did he die.
Many times had the farmer tried to drown him, which almost succeeded 10 times. But all he managed was to traumatize Darell so he wouldn’t go nearby the thub with water for the goats to drink from.
So the farmer made the reckless decision of keeping the demon goat. He tried to please it, despite losing a lot of his other animals to the small goat-like creature. For years would he try to keep the rage of this dangerous animal down, and eventually he gathered the trust of him. Darell would start protecting the farm from wolfs and other threats from outside. The farmer would try and restrict him from eating the other animals, and managed so by feeding him once in a while with one of the bigger animals.
Originally the farmer had named him “Devil”, but as their relation changed, he changed it to something similar, yet less evil sounding. This was how he got the name “Darell”.
By the age of 15, Darell lost his mother. She had gotten him when she was two years old, so she had become really old for a goat. At this time Darell looked nothing like a goat anymore; more like a huge monstrous creature at the size of two large bears. He did have a couple of goat features, but this was not the first that would come to the mind.
In deep sorrow by the loss of his mother, Darell destroyed everything at the farm. He killed the farmer in blind rage as well as half of the animals, which didn’t manage to get away. The next year of his life was spend by him traveling the land, traumatizing pretty much everyone on his way, taking bites of everything from humans to treetrunks. No place was left in a good condition when he had passed. He felt so horribly alone, so broken by the loss of his mother.
But as the year had passed, Darell’s life was about to change. A creature such as himself found him one late night. The creature’s name was Luceréz and he had the ability to change his apperance.
Desperately would Darell blindly follow him. Now he wasn’t alone anymore, and slowly over the next half year did he regain the will to live on. Luceréz would teach him a lot of things; mainly did he try to teach him how to talk with a ‘human tongue’. However he found this to be impossible before Darell would learn how to transform.
By the age of 17, Darell was finally able to change parts of his apperance. The thick furcoat that covered up his body started to minimize and slowly did the face of his start to gather more human-like features. He was able to speak a few words, but hardly could he pronounce them. It took another full year before Darell was finally able to fully transform. He still had his horns thou, and couldn’t fully hide in the body of a human like Luceréz was able to. The two of them had a close bond; like brothers. Years passed with traveling around, Darell learning a lot of things. Luceréz tried to teach him at least a bit of manners, but to really get him to understand this was hard.
When Darell was around 23, he lost Luceréz. One morning he woke up to find the other not in the tent besides him. There was no trace of him, no matter where Darell searched. Yet once again Darell was lost to his own. Depression would rapidly fill his head as he searched everyday for his friend for a year. But soon he had to realize that he was gone.
In his desperation for not wanting to be alone, Darell searched human contact. He went to smaller villages, but everywhere he went all he was met with, was screams and cries in fear.
This until he heard two young men talk, as he hid under a staircase to an old inn. The two men spoke of a school which they hoped to attend. A school for…
Wait? A place where Darell wouldn’t be alone? A place where there would be other demon-like creatures? Could it really be true? Was there more than just him and Luceréz?
This was how Darell heard of the school, and how he decided to go there, so he wouldn’t be alone anymore.

Clomp… Clomp… Clomp… The sound of heavy footsteps over the dry road broke through the silence of the dusk. A shadow with broad shoulders, wild hair and huge horns would slowly move over the open space, dressed in nothing but the fading red light from the dying sun. The clomps from his steps would soon be followed up by a rattling sound made from the feet dragging over the small stones and dust. He felt tired; so tired. For how long had he been alone now? A month? A year? He didn’t know. Maybe it was two years. In the end the amount of time didn’t matter. Time was relative, and all he wanted was to find a place to belong. He felt hungry, thirsty… Dizzy. When was the last time he ate? Slowly would he turn his head to look back over his shoulder, sloppily dragging the wild, dirty hair away from his sight. Nothing but flat ground as far as his gaze could reach. A heavy, warm breath with a strong scent of ammoniac left his lips. How thirsty he was. How he longed to dig his fangs into a full body with flesh, blood and everything else that came along with it. How he wanted to taste that metallic thick warm liquid. How he missed the feeling of it running down both the inside and the outside of his throat. He needed meat. He wanted it.
But as he turned so slowly around again, what he faced ahead was the same as when he looked back. -Nothing but a dusty, blood red road ahead. No trees, no grass – no vegetation at all. The only thing out here was the crying souls from those who once long time ago got lost in this deserted place and never managed to return.
But souls, he couldn’t eat. What a bitter thought that was.
Darell would feel his body start to sink. First a sharp pain went through his knees, then through his head. Had he fallen? Yes. It seemed like it. His cheek was pressed against the dry ground, and his whole body ached from hunger.
As he was laying there, he thought he was going to die. He was starving, he was dehydrated… but just then he heard something. A voice.
Could it really be…?
