It's nice that he trust you enough to be in that position at this point. Though I'm not sure if he had much of a choice. He can't take care of himself after all. Now that he's comfortable inside your mouth though perhaps he could help take care of your teeth. You'd still need to brush to get most of the work done but he could handle the little details.
Where does he sleep by the way? I imagine due to his size he's quite nervous whenever it comes to things like spiders or wasp.

yeah, he already had the idea to help me floss. which I LOVE. and he sleeps in a matchbox on my nightstand. I shut it at night for him so nothing can get him
