So i found out this thing called opacity, in my program and it works great.
Also Minto's paws are neon; they just don't appear until his wings do. His wings are a clear, silk like material until they go opaque. He sometimes uses this technique in the wild (your normal forest creatures now have elements or powers to make it seem fitting to the world) whenever he goes hunting.

Ok i have a feeling someone will question why he has to go hunting like a wild animal while my other ocs are in 2018, Lullaby made him his own separate world to live in where he can rule over or meet new animals so he's used to hunting. He perfers that world over hers atm so he's also not used to technology, other than a tv.
