I'm super excited to show this hat. It's a personal design of mine and I've been wanting to do it for a long time!
I think it's just a pretty sweet looking hat
I hope everyone likes it 
I purposefully made this hat look beat up and broken down. And there are literally slits cut all through the fabric
All our Tiny Top Hats are handmade and unique. They are fashioned with an elastic headband on the bottom, allowing you to wear them on your head.
