WELP...didn't even shade it this time. XDI gotta get up way early tomorrow, cuz of a job orientation. Soooo, I leave you with one last line of weird Fakemon, and please enjoy weirdness!

Frogadding
The Aimless Pokemon
Ability: Klutz - The Pokémon can't use any held items.
POKEDEX:
1) Frogadding's differently facing eyes prevent it from seeing straight, giving it a horrible sense of direction.
2) Trainers are advised to keep it in its Pokeball whenever possible, as it has a tendency to get lost easily.
Reactoad
The Vigilant Pokemon
Ability: Wary - Sharply boosts the Pokemon's Evasion at the beginning of battle.
POKEDEX:
1) Reactoad's back stores many fertilized eggs that look like eyeballs. An internal membrane keeps them moist.
2) The young, unhatched tapdoles resting on its back give telepathic feedback, allowing Reactoad to "see" out of its back.
Basis:
- This Pokemon is owned by , albeit I came up with extended details!
- Frogadding is based off of a Tree Frog.
- Reactoad is based off of a Surinam Toad, which stores eggs in the holes on its back.
- In terms of appearance, took a lot of inspiration from this Monsters Inc creature. vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/pi…

- My only personal nitpick is that Froggading is so simple with its colors, that makes me think of boring Politoed design.
If it's a poison type, then why not take inspiration from vividly colored frogs?

To make the whole line a bit consistent, if there's a focus on Reactoad's back with "eyes", why not make previous stage
have a vividly colored stomach with spots, inspired after fire-bellied toad?

Froggading could have also hypnotizing ability after falling on its back on accident,
so everyone could be advertized to NOT LOOK at its belly when trying to help the poor Pokemon!
...while wild or unaware Pokemon could get hypnotized or struck by fear with this...HA! I think that's a nice boost~

-Who knows, maybe you can think of a FIRE TYPE FROG from the concept of fire-bellied toad?
Froggading could also kind of mimic it, which could add to the World-building a bit relations between your Fakemon

It could look like a bomb, being inspired after Pacman frog. Which are also LOUD.
So, the Fakemon could have an ability to blast a scream as a warning, which has insane decibel levels XD
It's first stage could be inspired after land mine and dud.

Additionally, I'll drop the fact that toads have poison glands behind their ears, called parotoid gland.
Maybe the final stage has those shaped after bullets? Hell yeah, Octillery ain't the one inspried after military

Hmm...Alright, as their original creator, I'll allow a brightly-colored, spot-patterned hypno-belly edit for Frogadding! (Though I'm glad you like the design we both came up with for Reactoad. 
As for the more explosive amphibian ideas...well, guess those would be up to Tipsy.

To be honest, I asked Tispy to help me in filling out and drawing up a PokéDex for my personal made-up region based on South America, Fissioh. Basically, if I'm mentioned in the description (which will likely happen often), then the 'Mons are meant for Fissioh.
However, that doesn't mean you should shy away from offering suggestions; Tipsy managed to inspire and improve some of my initial designs with HIS input, so feel free to add your own thoughts in the future.

Being a huge paleontology nerd I wanna ask...does this region has its fossils?

Well now, the land of Fissioh is not only based on South America, but has a theme in location names like other regions [such as colors in Kanto and plants for Johto]. And the name-game this time is...BODY PARTS. Get it? "Physio"?
So you've got a volcano-top village called Kardeak Town (as in "cardiac system", the heart and blood stream), a large circular body of water called Airys Lake ("iris", like part of the eye), and a huge electronic information hub called Nyuran City ("neuron", the nervous system cells). There's also other places like a city called Gastreau, known for it's expansive food markets and gourmet dishes; as well as the Neyzel Caverns, an underground tunnel network famous for its large gold deposits.
As for fossils, I hadn't thought of too many as of now. HOWEVER. If you don't mind slight spoilers beforehand--ones that not even Tipsy has heard yet--then here's a juicy tidbit for ya: This region's title Legendarys [like Lugia/Ho-oh, Groudon/Kyogre/Rayquaza, etc.] ...ARE ACTUALLY ALL FOSSIL POKÉMON.

As for fossil Pokemon, I had in my head a Carnotaurus, a really underrated dinosaur
that...lived in south america in fact
and I don't mind spoilers, i'm not that kind of person who whines over even little spoiler...
it never ruins the fun to me. To tell the truth, it's what makes me excited for a movie or the games!
OH JOYY, if these legendary mascots are all fossil Pokemon, I can't wait to see their concepts of relation with each other
and their lore...!

Ahh, you actually aren't too far off with the Carnotaurus there; one of the Legendary trio actually WILL be something very similar to that. All three of them are dual Rock Types, each with a different additional element. And the lore? Well, you'll just hafta wait and see...especially considering I haven't quite worked everything out yet.

random idea for your legendary: a mix between Jormungand and a Websteroprion, giant prehistoric bobbit worm, as well as the mythical snake that eats its own tail.

Well the species basis for each of the three Legendary mascots have already been decided...Though there's nothing saying I couldn't include this mythical 'Mon as one of the OTHER Legendaries in Fissioh.
