I recently came across "To Write Love On Her Arms"
([link] ), which is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicidal thoughts. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery.
Unfortunately, I have suffered three out of four of the above so I know how they feel. I'm very much better than I was and I had so much love and support from my family to keep me going, but some people aren't as lucky as I am, so I think this website is fantastic!

We should be raising awareness so that these people know that they're not alone, there is help out there and there's ALWAYS a light at the end of the tunnel.

So please, check out [link] and have a read through... maybe even buy a t-shirt! And help support these people that really need some hope.
