In my Transformers universe, General Scrash is head of the Decepticon High Command or Decepticon High Council. He always gets into Megatron's case, believing Megatron should be relieved of his command and should be leader. Unlike Starscream, Scrash is most qualified.

Unlike Megatron, Scrash doesn't believe in Primus, Unicorn, the Thirteen Primes, the sacred implements having actual mystical powers or connections to Primus, or even the Allspark. He's an Evolutionary Engineerists, a believer in atechnogenesis (belief that Cybertronians evolved through the naturally-occurring interaction of gears, levers, and pulleys).

The true Emperor of Destruction shall return and bring glory to the Decepticon Empire, as written in the Book of Primus !
General Scrash: Don't try to frighten us with your prophetic words, Lord Megatron. Your sad devotion to that ancient religion has not helped you conjure up the stolen datatrax, or given you clairvoyance enough to find the Autobots' hidden base--

Years later, after Starscream got rid of Megatron and crowned himself leader of the Decepticons, Scrash intends to use "King" Starscream as a puppet ruler. That is until Galvatron arrived and blasted Starscream.
