Description
Hey, I know, how about another 3D wallpaper that has rows upon rows of generic, mundane objects arranged in a precise and gridlike pattern with one or more radically different objects thrown into the group in order to express mundane, desaturated individualism because the different objects will be in direct contrast to the generic ones, with different relationships like happy/sad, bright/dark, simple/complicated, or shiny/dull, and which will make the artist appear "deep" and in tune with their raging, angsty emotions!^Biggest run-on sentence in duh wurld.
Anyway, this is pretty much just a filler render while I work on some stuff. It's not meant as a statement against a type of art. I honestly just thought of putting that bunch in as a little jibe to the artists who do this often, because I like to poke fun at my work from time to time
Created in Blender 3D and rendered with YafRay. Render time: 8:47:49.52 at 1600x1200.
Postpro: Signature, color correction
Modeling: All modeling by me. Vertices/Faces: 127,174/121,467.
Textures: Blender procedurals.
Renderer Specials: GI
Boy, my specs list just keeps getting longer and longer

I still can't believe blender 3d makes things like this.......and it's free. If I would of known this I wouldn't have spent all the money on Cinema 4D R9
Great job also.....

Hehe, thanks! How much did C4D cost you? I'm sure that C4D is a much more stable and user-friendly app (with a full user manual). If you're going to make the switch, wait until the new YafRay comes out (late autumn-ish). It's going to be fully recoded and basically be a better, more stable add-on.

C4D costed ~$700 for me. You need a pretty beefy machine to run it though (Which I don't have, imagine that lol)

Ouch, that's a chunk outta the wallet.
Is the CD code re-usable? Maybe sell it to a friend used. If that's legal.
But hey, since you paid that much, might as well get to know it pretty well. Are there any plugins that you could buy or download that will get you some more functionality or anything?

oh yes, there's A LOT of plugins to download, commercial and non-commercial. The plugin I want most is a plugin that has the brain of water. Basically, it makes an object act like water... It's awesome. The only thing that sucks about C4D is the fact that it isn't the most popular 3D application there is to use. I chose it because it's more of a user-friendly program and in my opinion easier to use than maya or 3ds max. I'm not sure if the cd codes are re-usable or not.

Thanks! A good program to start on, which I use, is Blender 3D. It's free, and if you get the YafRay renderer (also free), you can do stuff that the big-name renderers can do (Like GI, caustics, and Depth-of-Field). Good luck!
