Yesterday I decided to do something I’ve never really done before, reference off a pose of a human and completely line shade and colour it.
Up until now I’ve only ever done sketches when referencing humans or if did do a full piece I didn’t use any reference. (which is stupid because I referenced the hell out of horses when I started out with them)
On that note, humans are WEIRD. I mean try going from drawing one simple hoof to hands. I dare you. They’re the most infuriating things to draw.
Considering that 9 times outta 10 I dislike my human drawings I’m pretty happy with this one. I still need to work on a few things though.
