the black knight had been defeated, and most let the memory
of it fade into the past, but a group of female travelers
decided to investigate the knight's former home, as the
small island was swarming with cultists before. their boat
landed off shore of the small slope up to the hut, and the
women anchored the ship as they stepped onto land. "I think
I'll go ahead alone first, since I was the first here last
time" the human paladin Mitheria said. "don't be too long
lass" said the little, yet tough dwarf warrior named Hylde.
with that, the paladin walked up the slope a bit until she
found the camp outside the hut.. it was still showing signs
of occupation.. but how? a fire was lit, and the paladin
took note of a light from the hut, so she entered.. about
45 minutes later, her companions finally became fed up with
waiting, "something obviously happened" the tall, quiet
Night Elf Hunter known as Tythalia remarked. "by the naaru,
I hope she's ok" the shaman-Draenei Araedys replied. "let's
just go find her then, I'm starting to get cold" from the
High Elven Mage Anaria. the group quickly advanced up the
slope and found the camp, and they studied it, puzzled,
much in the same way the paladin did before, and as if on
cue, they all noticed the light in the hut, so they all
filed in, and as soon as the last crammed herself in, the
door shut, and a light lit up the bound and gagged paladin
"mmph!! mmm!! hlllp!!" the group instantly sprung into action,
but suddenly a strange round object spewed gas into the
room.. the group's consciousness faded.. they awoke a while
later, to find themselves tightly bound up and gagged, much
like their paladin friend, as a human female cultist entered
"it's so nice to have visitors here sweeties, no one visits
anymore, so I'll just have to keep some company" she said
as she lifted the locks onto the hut's door..
