Well I just imagine that Time Kide Sans go to the universe of underlust for a some reason (nothing bad) and he meet Lust Sans and Papyrus.Then Bug Sans came for kill somebody (because he was paid for that), Time kid wan't to protect this person with the help of Lust. The problème is that trough all the fight, Bug Sans for a some reason didn't use his magic.I imagine that when Lust Sans knew that he was called Bug, I don't know, he maybe teleport and tack a pesticide with.
