by the way, i noticed the message on your profile, and i definitely agree! i don't think chara is the villan of undertale and they certainly don't deserve the 'demonization' they've gotten. i didn't really know that when i made this, unfortunately, but it's become my most popular work by far. i still really love them as a character, though, but for different reasons today. :^)

it's zalgo text! it's not actually a font, it's more like unicode.
there are sites where you can put your text in and it'll add that effect on. just look up zalgo!
