Finished version of my last submission. I used a wet, paintless brush to blur the color. I think I like this one better.Related content

I blurred in the same program I drew in - Art Academy. ([link] )
All my drawings but a few are made in this program.
There is no blur tool, but you can use a brush with water and no paint.
