That tree is amazing. I think its a little over exposed though. But it is a really cool shot. The B&W really works well

Yeah, it really was amazing. There is another shot of it here, but I decided to push that one. Seems a little easier on the eyes somehow.

I love this, it's a fantastic shot! That tree looks so awesome, though because of the whiteness I thought it was snow at first. Very well done.

Wasn't Tomb Raider 2 shot at this location? When Angelina goes running after the little girl?

I would love to go there man...

Tobias-Cray In reply to RuneStoneMedia [2008-12-29 22:07:58 +0000 UTC]

Not to sure on Tomb Raider. All I know is most of it was produced on a sound stage in LA.

That's Hollywood for you. So fake.

Tobias-Cray In reply to RuneStoneMedia [2008-12-29 22:19:07 +0000 UTC]

Ehh. I dislike Hollywood, being an independent filmmaker. Can't stand the junk and corruption they use on their films, just to make a buck.

Up close, the place is very rustic and beautiful, especially with the view of the surrounding cities and country side, but from a distance, just as it comes rolling over the hill at dusk, a dark luminescent aura seems to radiate from it.

I was always a little weary, even as a child, everytime I noticed it staring down from the hill.

Thanks for viewing, Diana.

That is what art is all about. Controversy and idea. Letting people witness what they don't normally, or can't. I don't see how I would cause much of a ripple in the pool of that world, but hey, aslong as one person gets the message, the message itself wasn't in vein.

Thanks for checking out my gallery. I'm honored.
