ugh, had this one pretty much done last wednesday and couldn't find a spare moment all weekend to apply the finishing touches to get it in on time. blehhh.. oh wellanyways, wanted to do something with kiora , since she was announced on december 25th; so I decided upon the confrontation between her and master of waves, since they both reference waves, they both make dudes. and what is up with that? are tokens of sea creatures just blue's thing now? when did blue become the tempo/aggro color? ugh. you don't know how weird it is to be playing mono blue and saying to yourself "gosh, I sure hope they don't wrath" blehhh... I blame delver & geist for this paradigm shift in blue's placement on the color pie.

it's a shame to say but kiora was the worse planeswalker, managing to one upped tibalt because she's blue. it's a good thing she was still high when I traded her to the local card shop for 2 woodland cemetery and a master of cruelty

Ever since wizards decided that spells weren't going to be the best and that creatures should be OP blue went to hell, then the blue mages went QQ (cuz they don't play vintage/legacy the dumbf$$$) and now blue is no different from green, red, or white.

*sniff* yea, I'm pretty pouty about blue's recent turn to suck. oh well, I'll be a blue mage for all my days, even if it becomes the worst color in magic

Same here. Blue is my fave colour in magic and probably always will be - and I also think that they should keep the spirit of each colour and not make them more or less all the same.

ha, yea you're right. you get new stuff like, once in never.
and props, storm & dredge are two other decks I love to play. I really enjoy the kind of "sideways" strategy manaless dredge employs. and it's always funny to see less veteran players have a fit when I discard on the first turn. the only problem is as you said, they are never going to change >.>

I probably was the happiest person in the world when Mental Misstep caught on in legacy, I won so money locals and mini-tournaments with manaless dredge with LEDflashback tech.
There's nothing like having a them get blowout game one cuz dredge is great and siding into a game two with this.
"LED? LED? Crack both for blue flashback Deep Analysis, dredge for a million, flashback 2nd Deep Analysis, flashback Dread Return target FKZ, swing, and I pass the turn."
I was probably the only dredge player who didn't want to be on the draw game 2.

Makes me wonder if a possible idea could be a chat between the Gods about Xenagos' jump to Godhood. I mean, that's what's causing the turmoil in Born of the Gods.
