I really love the perspective in this one. The light above and the darkness under. Very nice use of colors. Vegeta's hair looks great along with his tail. The lightning on his armor is beautiful. The shading is perfect, especially because he is leaning forward. The white eyes are a nice touch to it.

I must say I really like the little symmetry going on there, with the way his arms, legs, and spiked head (and armor too) are pointed, they make him look like a star.
