Given this is the early Vegeta, he'd be using Galick Gun. Final Flash is circa Cell Saga, when he becomes 'Super Vegeta' (SSJ advanced form).

Wow as far as fan art goes this is probably one of the best pieces i've seen on this site in a long time. You're composition of Vegeta in the air above the terrain is extremely dynamic and for lack of better word "epic". you're style and use of line is also unique, but reminiscent to the original artwork which is extremely talented, the colors are dull (in a good way don't take that wrong) which contrast great with power emanating from his hands, and there is great movement in the picture. This is deffinately a great piece of artwork here and i'm glad to see it.
