Ah how brilliant! I love the colours - they're so well suited to each other.
Even though we can't see all the way down, the way you've drawn the slightly warped perspective makes it look ever so exciting, or even creepy (depending on whether the viewer is afraid of heights or not.) I love the little detailed touches in the building, and I especially like the overlaying scanline-like texture. <3

Your works always look so professional! I love the idea of the red and blue colours for the background. There's so much movement coming from this peice! Over all, very wicked! Looks like it's a concept art for a movie or something! lol This reminds me of Akira. (even though there's nothing that looks like it XD)! That character can be Tetsuo with white hair!

I still don't know how you layed down the paper texture effect but it's really cool still. Though I don't see why you would need to do that anyways >.> I suppose it creates interest among others lol...
I still think that the guy's head is still too big for his body even though the camera is handled up, i still think that it should be much smaller >.> unless if he's like the guy in Akira, then i'll prolly just shut up -_-;; lol

Oh wow. Very dramatic perspective. And that shading on the buildings on the right is just amazing. The kid reminds me of Tetsuo from Akira, and the setting reminds me of the opening shot of the Ghost in the Shell movie.
