Poncho or Sarape? I typically think of a poncho being for rain, and a Sarape being a form of body blanket, with an opening in the middle for the head, and the arms coming from out the sides. [link]
Of course, I think yours has a hood, so that would make it a poncho then.
I enjoy the grayscale pallet used, like viewing a really snowy video screen of a foreboding landscape on a far off planet.
