I really love the colors you've chosen, especially for the cloak and hand. The Hand is is pretty awesome, because it's perfectly highlighted and looks very realistic.

this piece has a kind of, worn our junk peddler/beggar feel to it. interesting to see a creature such as death so played down, minimalistic, creepy thought... to know death could just be another oddly cloaked civillian or scaary mask on halloween

I love the "rough" side of your picture, it made the all thing like a blur vision, the vision of the man looking at Death in her smoking red eyes. It's just so frustrating that you just do the character alone, a little background could made it really really awesome
