Here's who I picked for each emotion.

Amy - Joy. She is shown to be a sweet girl on a number of occasions and she's quite cheerful a fair bit. However, she has a tendency to be bossy to others sometimes, like Joy in the movie.
Cream - Sadness. Yes, she's usually a cheerful child, but she's very empathic too, just like Sadness. Also, Sadness is considered the 'cutie' of the movie, like how Cream is the 'cutie' of the Sonic series.
Rouge - Disgust. Rouge has had a tendency to be kinda snarky on occasions and Disgust has a high fashion sense while Rouge is into jewellery, so that kinda works.
Tails - Fear. During early years of the Sonic series, Tails would often get scared of trivial things. Plus, Fear is shown to be quite a smart person... err... emotion, in the movie as well, and Tails is quite smart too.
Knuckles - Anger. This was a tossup between him and Shadow, but I went with Knuckles because Shadow's a lot more composed then Knuckles is. Plus, can't you imagine Rouge setting Knuckles off during the climax of the movie?

And Marine is Riley because I feel that she matches up to Riley's goofball, sports loving, tomboyish personality.
