Agápoids (agápe + androids) or love machines (xD) are customizeable companion androids with a variety of different builds for different purposes (bodyguard, housekeeper, chef, sexy taims, etc.). Any part of their bodies can be changed, however, certain parts are more easily removed (read: can be requested from the company for free) according to the android's purpose/the owner's aesthetic preferences.

The stability of these androids determine their loyalty and free-will. Less-stable models are more likely to live owner-less unless a relationship is established. Highly stable models are "devoted" straight from the box.
