This is a very good animation!
This animation is smooth! It is not stopping his whole part of the body just because one part is moving.
But the message is a little sad,

Well for starters you need LOTS of patience. This clip took me about three days to do.

your arm pulling over their shoulder is excellent. when the arm pulls down the scarf, perhaps a snappier motion?
