Oh and excuse the double comment but I have more to add. In the second screencap, it doesn't look like it's meant to be a picture of Cole and hearts. It looks like someone (probably Nya) is talking to Cole via hologram messages. If it's on a computer, then the hearts are just the desktop background. In the first and third one, all that is is Nya blinking. And the fourth one is a more sympathetic smile, not much of an endearing one. If I were to put that face on a character, it would likely be a sister looking up as her brother takes off on an adventure. And as for the final screenshot, I don't even see Nya.

Ok, so maybe there is a love triangle, but honestly that won't stop shippers from shipping Jay and Nya. And once more, it's up to Ninjago to decide what they want their characters to do and who they want them to like.

Just calm down everyone. Look, if it were in something like Total Drama, it'd be very possible that there would be a love triangle involving Cole, but Ninjago is aimed at young kids. A love triangle would probably be a little too much for them to understand, which is why most cartoons geared towards younger audiences usually involve straight forward romances.Β
But look, even if this happens, don't be mad at Ninjago for this. Don't send them angry letters, don't threaten to kill anyone. While it may not be favorable for JayxNya shippers (myself included), in the end, all the Ninjago characters are are someone's ocs. The creator of Ninjago has the right to use the characters in anyway they want, just like everyone else has a right to use their character just like how they want.
