it was alot of work...i wish someone would release a better kit of the 747. that old Airfix kit has a lot of issues.

Yeah - probably Hasegawa would be the best bet - I haven't built any airliners since I was a kid but Hasegawa seems to make the best ones now from what I read.

Hasegawa has a silly policy with airliners...they,ll only cut a mould if the type is used by a domestic company,and the kit goes OOP as soon as the type is no longer used by a Japanese outfit! a shame too,as they are excellent kits...!{it would have been nice if they made a 757,but none were used in Japan} actually,i had in mind a better 1/144 kit of the 747-100/200,wheras Hasegawa is strictly 1/200.
