Description i have in fact been working on some cards for just commander thought this cycle is done. this rare cycle is meant to mix up using your commander for things normally it do. thought the idea is basic i gave it a new ability word: Appointee. if anyone wants to reuse this ability, please do so. it is something normally at the end which is "number of times your commander has been cast" it doesn't JUST count from your command zone so keep that in mind when thinking about this. i tried to think outside the box on this one but came to no sign. i had 3 choices: Life gain, Creature spells you cast cost less or non-creature spells cost more. with the life gain one i also had two picks: gain 3*X or X*X both were too weak early and too strong later in the game. the creature spells cost less was just coping a commander that was URG if i am right is saying. so i had no real choice, and tokens were too bad or strong. this is the white one. enjoy

So one kind of problem with these appointee cards. The cost reduction is based on how many times they have been cast total, not number of times cast from command zone. I would change that to be similar to opal palace so You can't bounce issamaru to your hand and recast him a bunch of times.

so yer i did think this could be broken with commanders like: Arcanis the Omnipotent, Crovax, Ascendant Hero and Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury just to name 3 (there is 8/9 i would count to break these cycle) that's why i did have to weaken some of the cycle EG the reason why red didn't get one was for this reason Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury and Zurgo Bellstriker becoming burn spells or pump spells or unblockable/can't block spells were too strong. while this colour was the next but in testing it made too many tokens with Crovax, Ascendant Hero (which would of pumped them no less) and Selenia, Dark Angel (which was weaker as in no pump but stronger due to the double colour). i even though of Phelddagrif which... would of been ok just with the while but not the blue and green starting ideas (where were stronger then you think they could of been) the only legendary i forgot to check (and YES makes the mono blue one broken) is Sakashima the Impostor, its not a commander's 1st blue pick strangely lol. so i can see the problem but i hoped with the testing i did it would be abit balanced but i could be 100% wrong, i am just happy that i didn't put the blue one as my main one

So. I didn't notice until just now that almost all your cards said "not the may contest on them" That would have been awkward if I tried to grade 10 different entries from you. I do think you should reword to "number of times cast from command zone" as that is something far easier to track in the game as well.

hmmm then it feels either too weak and/or don't go with command beacon as i see no other true reason to run it. my commanders never go that high in price where the land becomes good. as its a late game thing where is have over 20 mana. people think its the weakest thing they printed for commanders in the "commander" sets. but if i cut the CMC on each card then i see a reason to make it "cast from commander zone" (red one doesn't count towards this as he is the cheapest and doesn't follow the pattern)

I feel like the complication added from casting from places other than the command zone is unnecessary. For this card (and the other appointees), casting your commander just twice is already a big impact and going to three or four (not common, but still possible) can swing the game for you.

Typo in the flavor text: "She is always ALL their side." Seems like it should be "ON their side?"

Also, wouldn't it be better to make opponent's non-creature spells cost one more and leave you alone? Otherwise I would run this in a heavily Aggro flavored Commander Deck to avoid the penalty as much as possible.
