I have great intentions on colouring this. ... ...Yes it's like many of my -other- intentions. >___>;Anyways, Zechs Marquise, or Milliardo Peacecraft of Gundam Wing. He's decked out in his White Fang uniform, and yes if you imagine (ignore the endless white background!) he's uhm...putting a rose on the ground in a final farewell to the Earth and Sanc/Cinq about him before he goes on to be the 'devil' for the greater good.
I'm one of those who believes that Zechs never went crazy-- he's just a whole lot more calculating than that. ^____- Now for those who -didn't- get his motivations...He was crazy!
Enough babbling,

And I love this concept. I also love the pose... it's like that awesome pic of Relena and Heero in the fancy uniforms with the ruins around them... Bugger, that's a craptastic description. You probably know the one! O_o

It's Zechs! Wow, it' been a long while since I came across any GW fanart but I'm glad that I saw yours - even though it is a year later... -sigh-
I must agree that he didn't go crazy - anyone who watched it, would know. Anyway, you put a splendid explanation in your 'artist's comments' - it was very symbolic and meaningful... your choice of the flower being a rose is especially meaningful (whether you intended for it to be so or not) since the other character we can associate roses with is Treize - Zechs' best friend. And Treize, if you remember, loved the Earth and the people very much... -sigh- Well, I can go on for forever but I think I'll end it here with another "well done!" ^^
