Shes a Water Senkai, so her body is actually made of water. The skin on the outside is thick enough to have collor and texture but stretch that out enough and you can see straight through it.

It actually depends on her soul number, I dont know it. But every Senkai has one, Mine is Five, so my belly can streatch to five times my body size, Sakuras is Twelve so hers can streatch twelve times her body size. However the higher a senkais soul number, the less they can access their element, so Sakura has boatloads of physical strength but not so much elemental strength especially for a goddess. While I have lots of Elemental Strength, but far less physical.
