I love it! Few alterations would be needed here, if any. One of my favorites, for sure. I think it's because of how realistic it looks compared to usual anime styles.

The left eye (viewer's left) eye is a bit too tilted up and the other looks a bit narrow and elongated. Also, they both aren't the same distance from the sides of the face. And the right shoulder length is shorter than the left.

This isn't bad at all. It's simple. Yet, it's very intriguing. I love the eyes and the way you've let the light hit the strainds of fly away hair
