Well not really a commission. It was free, I just labeled it commission. I am not getting paid so no rules are broken with the stock images used.

I am not pleased with it, the legs and water turned out weird, but I am pleased with the three tails. Anywho, I have it finished! Sorry it took so long >.<
P.S. I am still learning so my pictures may not be the greatest. This is all practice for me and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
