Very nice. I like how you did the nav bar.
My only thing is the blue line coming down from the map to the city name. I would just do away with it because I see it causing problems with longer names, etc. Looks good otherwise

I like it, it has a nice business look. The only thing I'm not to fond of is the buttons under the flash picture viewer, I understand the concept but I don't think it has a good spot in this site. Everything is very static and then you bring in buttons that are dynamic. But the rest nice colour choice I like it

Nice and clean lay-out. I just think you could use more contrast gradient. So the site with have more feeling.
It's proved by a research, that sites or images with color contrast and form contrast gets more attention and apreciation of the people.
