When Naruto thought he lost Hinata, he had his dad to get him back on track and to not lose hope. But when Obito lost Rin, he had no one. Hell, it was just that which Madara used to turn Obito into his pawn.

No someone tried to give Sakura a love letter but she rejected it stating there was someone else. She immediately thinks about Sasuke after the conversation occurs.

Because there was always somebody to support him, starting from Iruka. When Obito got himself in the nightmarish situation with Rin's death at the hand of his best friend, there was nobody near with him to make this pain easier, but there was Madara, who made Obito's darkness stronger and the hole in his heart wider. Madara played his cards very well to make Obito his puppet.
